Doing a PDF export of the DOC space as we advise here http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Administrators+Guide creates an invalid document.

It's also very very slow, even for the export types that work.

Given that this is meant to be the way users create an offline/printable version of the Confluence Manual I think this may inconvenience many people.
