When editing the Site Configuration as administration, the labels of the radio buttons do not match the radio buttons next to them.

When I e.g. click on Security and Privacy / External user management on the radio label "on" it sets the "View Space Goes to Browse Space" option to on. The same with off, it sets view spage to off.
