      Issue Summary

Using children display macro on a parent page failed to render the Table of Content from the child pages.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create Parent Page - Parent Page
      2. Create Child Page 1, 2 under the parent page
      3. Child Page content Table of Content for the Page.
      4. Add the Children Display Macro on Parent Page.
      5. Parent Page will display the indexes of all pages but it failed to display the ToC containing indexes present on the child Page.
      6. CATCH Here - On PREVIEW MODE of Children Display Macro will display the Table of Content present on the child Page as expected.
      7. After publishing the Parent Page it doesn't display.
      8. Recorded Video on 7.4.9 as well on 7.13.2 version to demonstrate the replication.

        Expected Results

Children display Macro should show the ToC from the Child Pages.
Because the purpose of the ToC is to generate indexes for the Table and we can use the Children Display Macro to list all the child pages and their indexes using "Excerpts".

      Actual Results

Should also display Table of Content containing indexes on Children Display macro Page.

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
