When exporting the space, a individual pages are exported (and named) as html documents. If the page name contains international (Czech) chars, the html filename is broken (and hence cannot be accessed when browsing the exported html package.
Please see the attachment. The picture says it all.
PS: I did run the /admin/encodingtest.action encoding test. This works well.
