It is possible to insert a comma-separated list of labels, but they are evaluated with an OR operator, i.e. only one of the labels has to be present on the page.

It would be nice, if the AND Operator could be supported like here: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-content-by-label-macro/#ContentbyLabelMacro-AND-OR-andNOToperators
