Issue Summary

When deleting all page versions so only Current one remains, page header will only show "Created by <User>" tag with latest date page was modified, as if this page was never modified. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Page or open an existing earlier created page by another user
2. Verify that you see Created by <User 1> on <Date> tag in page header:
   
3. Edit the same page with a different or the same user and confirm you see Created by <User 2>, last modified on <Newer Date>
   
4. Go to page History and delete older page versions, until only Current version remains
5. Go back to the page

Expected Results

1. You still see Created by <User 1>, last modified on <Newer Date> tag as the page is not the original page

Actual Results

1. Page will show Created by <User 1> on <Newer Date> tag, as if original user was created the page recently in it's current format
   
   Going into Page Information you can actually see that this is not the original page
   

As page history is erased, this is the only version of the page, hence why last modified on tags are dropped, but it's not accurate representation of page history. Any time Page Creation date does not match page modification date, last modified on should remain as this is no longer original page version by original author.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
