Issues with conversion of lists (bullet, task or numbered)

Problem

When you try to convert a list into another type it is indented and surrounded by a blue border, the page layout section also shrinks

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page layout section
2. inside the section create a Task list (or any other type of list)
3. select the list and click on the 'Bullet list' (or any other type of list different from the one used on previous step) icon to convert it into a Bullet list

Expected Results

The list should be converted into the list type selected without affecting page or section layout

Actual Results

The list is converted, but also indented and surrounded by a blue border, the page layout section shrinks.

Workaround

Switch the list back to normal paragraph first, then turn the paragraph to another type of list
