Allow SSL Connections Direct to Synchrony

Direct Synchrony connections currently only allow connections over HTTP/WSS.

In most scenarios terminating SSL at the proxy level is sufficient, but most US government agencies require end-to-end encryption for NIST 800-53 compliance.

      Workaround

Have Confluence proxy the requests to synchrony by setting the synchrony.proxy.enabled system property to true. See With a reverse proxy in Possible Confluence and Synchrony Configurations
