Issue Summary

Expand macro will be broken after executing REST API without page refreshing

Steps to Reproduce

Step1.Create the page with page-storage_format.txt (Storage Format).
Step2.With using REST API( reproduce-script.txt ), update that page.
Step3.Check the page in edit mode, the expand macro is broken(BUG).

Expected Results

Expand macro won't be broken as confluence-reproduce-with-page-refresh.mp4

Actual Results

Expand macro will be broken as confluence-reproduce-without-page-refresh.mp4

Workaround

Use the page refresh after executing REST API(between Step2 and Step3) as confluence-reproduce-with-page-refresh.mp4.
