Problem

When using multiple excerpt macros in sequence on a page and instructing it to put data on a new line, it does not add a line break.

Environment

Confluence 7.13.1

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new page and add an excerpt macros to it with any text, selecting the 'Display on new line' option
2. Repeat the step above to add two more excerpt macros in a sequence, one below the other .
3. Save the page 

Expected Results

Macros' texts are shown on separate lines

Actual Results

Macros' texts are shown on a single line.

Workaround

• Select 'Display inline' on the first excerpt macro,
• Select 'Display on new line' on the second macro,
• Select 'Display inline' on the third excerpt macro

 On summary, you will need to alternate between the options for the text to show on separate lines.
