International sorting in Labels List macro

      When using labels starting with non-ASCII but acceptable Latin-1 characters (such as å,ä,ö), the Labels List macro auto-groups the labels in a strange order. Se attachment.

      This behaviour should be corrected to use the sorting order of the locale (or let the editor choose the grouping). In the attached picture, "ÅÄÖ" should follow Z in the Swedish alphabet.
