add support for AD Groups and Distribution lists in Team Calendars

      Currently, Team Calendars does not support groups and email distribution lists in the same way that Confluence does. As a Team Calendars and Confluence admin, I would like for the enumeration of groups and lists for Team Calendars to use the same indexed list as Confluence does.
