Blank line between bullets is lost

RTF Editor - Two bulleted sections with blank lines between them lose the blank lines when page is re-edited.

• This happens immediately after save, blank lines are lost on first rendering after save
• Workaround: Using wikitext editing, put on one of the blank lines
