Confluence HTML renders does not recognise styles applies to links

    Description

      When exporting links with italics or bold styles on 2.1.5 and earlier, the wiki markup for the style is not converted into the HTML equivalent. For example:

      Wiki Markup:
      Google

      HTML Actual:
      <a href="http://www.google.com" title="Visit page outside Confluence">Google</a></p>

      HTML Expected:
      <a href="http://www.google.com" title="Visit page outside Confluence"><b>Google</b></a></p>
