When linking to other pages, the "attachment" tab only allows linking to attachments on the current page. Linking to attachments on other pages requires Wiki Markup and knowing the exact page & attachment names. It would be nice to be able to browse or search for attachments just as you can for pages with the "Insert Link" edit button.
