I didn't even know about the auto-save or drafts feature in Confluence until I went to JIRA to make that suggestion. It's a great feature, advertise it more. What would be nice is after the draft is auto-saved display text next to the save button to indicate when it was last auto saved. If there are any changes since the last autosave provide a link for "autosave now" or something similar which saves as a draft but doesn't leave the page or send notifications.
