Plugin Repo doesn't place nicely with clustering

I just confirmed today that when you install a plugin via the plugin repository on a clustered confluence (the extranet, in this case) it doesn't install on both nodes. In both of my tests, it only installed on atlassian11 (if that tells you anything).

Uploading thru the normal admin interface does install on both nodes.

Uninstalling normally deletes from both nodes.

Uninstalling from the plugin repository deletes from both nodes.

Despite the fact that the plugin only exists on one node, it still loads successfully, which is good. If you're not watching the filesystem, you wouldn't necessarily notice anything was wrong.
