When plugin disabled and run via URL, incomplete message displayed

      For instance:

      • uploaded StatisticsPlugin in older version of Confluence
      • running the module via 'action' in the URL
        all is good
      • disable plugin
      • run the statistics again in URL
      • error message displayed "There is no Action mapped for namespace /admin/globalstats and action name viewstatistics.action"

      There is no action mapped - should this be translated in this instance into "Sorry mate, that plugin is disabled". Is it possible?
