I create a sub page call "A Description of a sub page"

I think decided to rename the title of the page to "A description of a sub page" essentially changing the case of the Description, I get an error saying page already exists. This is confusing, because I know the page already exists and I'm changing the title of the page, I'd expect a rename of this nature to succeed.
