            I'm going to close this one out as we're going to be releasing Confluence 7.19.x as the new LTS, and 7.4 will reach End of Life as a result. Unfortunately we will not be able to resolve this issue before then.

            If you're impacted by this issue, please upgrade to Confluence 7.13.latest or 7.19.0 upon release.
