Confirmed that Confluence "User-installed" dropdown issue is caused by "confluence search prototype" Chrome Extension.

This extension was a experiment for collecting feedback for the new search panel design on community portal.

Now the new panel has been shipped. To fix the duplicate arrows, please disable or uninstall "confluence search prototype" Chrome Extension.
