Environment:
- Not StandAlone, using a Confluence server ( a separate application server)
- JDK version is 5.0 update 4
- OS is Window 2003 Server R2 Service Pack 1
Steps Made:
- From the Dashboard, clicked on RSS Feed Builder icon and RSS Feed Builder screen appears.
- From the RSS Feed Builder screen, did the following:
- selected only the Comments check box for the Type of Contents
- selected a space (the space contains a modifed Comment), clicked on RSS 2.0 as the feed format (have tried all types of format though)
- supplied a name for the feed
- Clicked on Create RSS Feed button and the RSS Feed Created screen appears.
- Tried to drag the link into SharpReader (news reader), wont work
- Clicked on the link and a page appears containing an error message. See the attached RSSFeedErrorMessage.rtf
Note: We tried RSS Feed facility of Confluence three months ago during the Evaluation Copy, this functionality was working at that time.
