Description

NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

It would save a lot of time and heartache when restoring confluence backups if the installed plugins got bunded in the backup zip file and reinstalled on a restore.

Alternately, if there were another method to copy the plugins to a dev or staging instance, it would be a big help for our enterprise customers. Particularly those with no internet access on their Atlassian servers.
