Resume editing on a blog post goes to Page Not Found.

To replicate on 2.2.8:
1) Go to your personal space and click Add News.
2) Enter a title and some content, then click Preview.
3) Go to Browse Space, then to Add News.
4) In the "A new page you were adding" text, click Resume Editing ( http://localhost:8080/pages/createblogpost.action?spaceKey=~admin# )

This goes to the Page Not Found page ( http://localhost:8080/pages/createblogpost.action )
