      when accessing a page which contains the

      {dynamictasklist}

      macro using a https URL, Microsoft Internet Explorer complains about unsecure objects on the page.

      The offending request is http:// .... /images/icons/wait.gif, it should actually be https:// .... /images/icons/wait.gif
