The fact that users need to be given USECONFLUENCE permission globally has confused a couple of users so far.

On the space-level permissions screen, we should have a warning box that appears if a user (especially the Anyone user) has been given space-level permissions that they can't exercise because they don't have global USECONFLUENCE privileges.
