Issue Summary

The first line in nested Expand Macro structure (Expand Macro > Page Properties Report Macro > Expand Macro) doesn't render.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page with Page Properties Macro
   
2. Create another page with Page Properties Macro and Expand macro nested within the Page Properties Macro, as shown below
   
3. Create page with Page Properties Report macro listing both the above pages
4. Add an Expand Macro and insert above contents into the Expand macro so that the nested structure is like Expand Macro > Page Properties Report Macro > Expand Macro
   

Expected Results

The expand macro under the nested Page Properties Report macro should render successfully

Actual Results

The expand macro under the nested Page Properties Report macro doesn't render successfully

Workaround

We can design the page such that expand macro under Page properties report macro should not be listed in the first line. For eg I added the Expand macro to my first page created in 1st step and now I am able to expand the macro as shown below:
