Issue Summary

"Like" link in email notification does not redirect to login screen while Confluence is set to anonymous access

Steps to Reproduce

1. Allow anonymous access in Confluence
2. Trigger an email notification that contains the option to "Like" the update
   Example: mention a user in a page comment will trigger the email notification below where it is given a link to "Like" the comment
3. Click on the "Like" link in the email notification from a browser that does not have a logged-in session
   Example: Either the browser session has never logged into Confluence, or has already logged out
   

Expected Results

The browser is redirected to the login screen

Actual Results

The browser hits into a HTTP 403 error:

• Google Chrome shows a 403 in the page:
  
• Firefox shows a complete blank page without any information while a 403 can be seen in the developer tools
  

Note

Every other link in the email notification were redirected correctly:

• Link to the profile picture
• Link to the content
• Link to the @mention
• Link to the "Reply"
• Link to the "Manage notifications"

Workaround

Disable anonymous access for Confluence, or click on other links in the email notification instead, and Like the content after logging in.
