Description
NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.
Steps To Reproduce:
1) create and save a private jira filter (e.g. assignee = paul chambers, resolution = unresolved)
2) give it a custom column order, remove one or more columns (e.g. assignee, resolution)
3) use
Expected Result:
By linking {jiraissues}
to an already configured filter in JIRA, we would expect the
column choice / ordering / visibility to be the same in Confluence
Appearance of filter output in confluence approximates appearance in jira, including custom sort order, column order
Actual Result:
Confluence honors the sort order of the jira filter, but not the column order (and hiding of columns).
Additional Information (Setup/Notes/etc):
{jiraissues}macro does provide a 'column' parameter to control visibility and order of columns. So there is a workaround.
But as stated, you would expect that specifying a certain filter in the plug-in would include its appearance, not just its query.
