Attachment links broken in text from include-excerpt macro

Attachments are not being found for links specified from text imported from the include-excerpt macro. The attachment link appears to be checking for the attachment on the current page instead.

The macro may need to modify attachment links by prepending the page name, eg [^test.bmp] becomes [Other Page Title^test.bmp].
