We've had the following request from users in our Confluence instance:

Please ask Atlassian to enhance the Space Attachment dialog/widget to also:
1. search by attachment name, including wildcard support. Today the Space Attachment filter searches by file extension or label--which is great, but there is no easy way to find an attachment(s) by name or partial name. This feature is needed to reduce effort needed to locate attachments by topic (e.g., AI) that have no labels. Otherwise we need to guess at which pages might contain specific attachments and manually check their attachment dialogs one-by-one.
2. search by attachment size, to help us locate large attachments
3. search by attachment creation date and last modification date, to help locate either old attachments to remove or recently updated attachments we might want to review

The highest priority is to search by attachment name, with wildcard search support.
