Team Calendars loads resources in the page/editor/dashboard when unlicensed

      Issue Summary

Team Calendars is installed as a bundled add on in Confluence Server 7.11+. If the user does not have a license then TeamCal will be enabled but unusable. However the Team Calendars web resources will be loaded in the editor context regardless.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install Confluence 7.11+
      2. Navigate to the editor

      Expected Results

TC is unlicensed and unusable. We should not be loading unecessary resources.

      Actual Results

We can see all the TC web resources being loaded

      Workaround

Disable Team Calendars from "Manage apps"

That is indeed non-optimal. Can the customer disable TC in UPM in such case?
