The decorators were moved from the filesystem to the database. We will have to make sure that upgrade as well as backup and restore is still working.

For backups we will have to keep in mind that decorators can come from 2 locations now. In 2.3+ the decorators will be stored in entities.xml whereas in previous versions, the decorators are simple text files stored in the backup zip.
