After the extranet upgrade, I've got a bunch of people listed as favourites in the people directory, but can't understand how they got there.

How, for example, "Phantom Ross User" ended up being a favourite, I have no idea.

I'm not touching my favourites for the time being, so you can use them as test data to track down the problem.
