Importing post-2.2 space export does not correctly import attachments

. setup of the standard environment with integrated Tomcat and database, but modify setenv.bat to use -Xms512 for more memory
2. watch the "Demonstration Space" with the picture of Sydney's harbour
3. make a full backup incl. attachments to the default backup folder and additionally copy the zip-file into the folder "restore"
4. make a space backup as XML via "browse space/advanced/space export" into the folder "restore"
5. remove "Demonstration Space" via "browse space/space admin"
6. restore "Demonstration Space" via "administration/backup & restore" by using "restore a backup from the filesystem":
select the ds-TIMESTAMP.zip-file and click on "restore" (build index = enabled)
7. System-Response = Completed 100%, therefore switch to the dashboard, click on "Demonstration Space" and recognize the missing harbour picture:
NO ATTACHMENTS ARE RESTORED CORRECTLY

8. restore the full backup: everything works fine as expected (attachments are there again)

9. repeat steps 5 to 7 with the same failure result (reproducable)
