Issue Summary
When editing a word or excel macro that is embedded in a page with the edit link from the embedded macro, the edits do not get uploaded. This issue does not seem to affect PowerPoint macros.
Steps to Reproduce
- Upload a word or excel document to the page
- Select the edit in office hyperlink on the macro
- Make and edit and save the page and refresh the Confluence page
Expected Results
Edits should be uploaded and added to the macro as they are when selecting edit in office from the attachments section of the page
Actual Results
Edits are not being uploaded into the macro
The below exception is thrown in the console log file in the browser:

Workaround
- Use the Edit in Office hyperlink for the attachments section of the page
- Select download from the previewer and make an edit and then select upload to upload the change
