Edit page with code macro displays error instead of code text

      Code macro is not rendering during edit of some pages. Saving the page results in original code content being overwritten with error code.

      To replicate, go to http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/ds/Copy+of+Adding+LDAP+Integration+To+Confluence and edit the page in rich tech. Instead of correct code content, the rich text editor shows
