Issue Summary

When scrolling a long page, the page title (fixed header) may jump to a unexpected position on Firefox

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a long page
2. Scroll the page down on Firefox

Expected Results

The fixed header should work properly

Actual Results

There is a gap above the header suddenly appears on the page

Workaround

Use Chrome.
