Google toolbar prefetches stuff without the 'X-Moz' prefetch header

      The Google Firefox toolbar prefetches the RSS autodiscovery feeds in Confluence which are secured by Basic Auth. This prompts the user for a login and password where in fact they're already logged in to Confluence with a cookie.
