Default !embed! rendering to <img> if we can't determine the mime type

      Currently if you Unable to render embedded object: File (embed) not found. something and we can't determine the MIME type from the attachment type or extension, you get an annoying red error message.

      This causes a problem for things like external images that don't have file extensions (i.e. graphs we're pulling from dynamic apps on other sites). If we defaulted to rendering these things as images, we'd be right 95% of the time.
