I type the name of an attached image file as "Unable to render embedded object: File (filename.ext) not found." in the wiki editor and when I perform Preview or Save, the text is automatically converted to "!filename.ext!" and I see the filename string, etc. instead of the image.

This is extremely irrititating and time wasting!

Please fix this immediately!
