As a Confluence administrator I would like Hazelcast's Phone Home feature to be disabled by default

      Problem Definition

      Confluence Data Center makes use of Hazelcast as the cluster and distributed cache framework.
      Hazelcast comes with its own data collection analytics (Phone Home) enabled by default to learn about usage of Hazelcast IMDG.

      As a Confluence administrator, I would like this feature is disabled by default and I would choose to opt-in in case I agree sending data from my environment to Hazelcast developer.

      Suggested Solution

      Make Hazelcast's Phone Home feature disabled by default in Confluence Data Center.

      Workaround

      Add the following JVM property and restart the Confluence nodes.

      -Dhazelcast.phone.home.enabled=false
