Problem

Macro usage page (General Configuration  > Macro Usage) does not list the macro from the restricted page.  

Environment

7.4.1, 8.5.14

Steps to Reproduce

• User1 (non admin user) creates a page and restricted it (viewing and editing restriction) so no other user can access it and User1 uses some macros (default macros not the third party ) on this page. 
• When Admin opens Macro usage page from General Configuration  > Macro Usage they can't see the name of the macro/page (restricted page) here.

Expected Results

Expectation is to list out the macros from restricted pages as well.

Actual Results

Macros from restricted pages were not listed.

Workaround

Not available at the moment.
