Javascript error seen on editing pages when Team Calendars 6.1.4 is installed

      Issue Summary

      Javascript error is seen on editing a page when TC 6.1.4 is installed.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new page
      2. Type some text into it and then save it
      3. Edit the page again.
      4. Select a piece of text from it, copy it, and paste it on the same page.
      5. The page is then frozen, nothing happens and one cannot type or paste anything in the editor anymore.
      6. In the Developer Tools Console one can see a Javascript error:
      Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'selection' of null at Selection.getBookmark

      Expected Results

      No errors expected during editing

      Actual Results

      The javascript console throws this error:

      Workaround

      Downgrade from Team Calendars 6.1.4 to Team Calendars 6.1.2.

      Navigate to Confluence Administration » Manage Apps
