We have recurring events (such as timesheet submission and patch checks) that must be performed on the first or last working day of the month. For us, that means Monday through Friday. The current Monthly recurring choices list all seven days of the week along with "Day," but if the Last Day of the month is a Saturday or Sunday, timesheets are due on Friday.
Being able to select Last Weekday rather than Last Day would solve this problem.
Similarly, if the First Day of the month is on a Saturday or Sunday, having the ability to set a recurring event for the First Weekday would allow more flexibility for scheduling events.
