Description
Issue Summary
When a space backup is restored on Confluence instance, none of the Confluence pages where Jira issues are included get references on the Jira side under I*ssue Links >> Mentioned in*
Steps to Reproduce
For this test, you need two instances of Confluence and one Jira instance
- Create application link between Confluence-A instance and Jira
- Create application link between Confluence-B instance and Jira
- Create page-A inside space-A on Confluence-A
- Insert any Jira Issue from Jira projects inside Page-A >> publish
(notice that 1 Jira link icon appears next to the page title) - Go to Jira and check the Jira issue, you see that the Confluence page is referenced under issue links >> mentioned in
- *Now export *space-A from Confluence-A instance as XML
- Restore the space XML file on Confluence-B
- Go to Page-A on Confluence-B, notice there is no icon next to page title showing (1 Jira link) and page-A from Confluence-B isn't listed under mentioned in section of the Jira issue on the Jira side
Expected Results
Upon restoring a space backup, Confluence pages with Jira issues should be listed under "Issue links >> Mentioned In" in Jira accordingly
Actual Results
Upon restoring a space backup, Confluence pages with Jira issues are not listed under "Issue links >> Mentioned In" in Jira
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
