Issue Summary

Regarding https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/oauth-error-oauth_problem-signature_invalid-720406720.html, suggested KB talks about to change the useBodyEncodingForURI to false but Confluence Docker image doesn't have any parameter to change this value other than the default.

Expected Results

Confluence Docker Image should have a parameter for changing the useBodyEncodingForURI to false in server.xml file. server.xml.j2 (jinja template) should have that value as a parameter.

Actual Results

Currently it shows true and that is the default value. We can't change this value to false.

Workaround

Manually update the server.xml.j2 file with proper information and restart the Confluence container.
