When in edit mode, it is not possible to open a file oder image in the file/image viewer. Therefore one cannot make any comments in images while in edit mode. Also, it is not possible to make inline text comments.

It would be very helpful to make comments - especially in images - while in edit mode. Now I have to switch to the view mode of the page before making any comments.
