Support AJP for Confluence Collaborative Editing

      Issue Summary

      Currently, Confluence only supports AJP connectors if you don't use collaborative editing, but it would be good if we could have the option to use both of them together.

      Workaround

      Have an HTTP connector for synchrony traffic on the server.xml file.
