Issue Summary

With the current setup, a user needs to be logged in to get the tiny URL (ctrl+k or cmd+k). For the anonymous users, this option is not available as the requirement is for the user to be logged in first.

If the tiny link is needed for anonymous users, they need to go to page information. However, most of the customers have disabled 'Page Information' for anonymous users concerning any security issues. 

Having the ability to get the tiny link by the shortcuts (ctrl+k or cmd+k) will be very helpful.
